The Publisher
Sarina A. Pasricha
Publisher / Chief Executive Officer
The Publisher primarily is responsible for managing Red Pen Publishing's publication process and its publications staff. She is in charge of overseeing the preparation and treatment of manuscripts for publication; and she determines production timelines and content priorities.
Following set production protocols, the publisher works with a pool of creative writers, artists, editors, graphic designers, and photographers in the review and selection of manuscripts.
After a rigorous manuscript selection process, the publisher coordinates the efforts of the publication's team in achieving a desired product output and content format. If necessary, the publisher hires outside service providers to complement existing production procedures.
The publisher is Red Pen Publishing's sole representative and principal contact in all outside vendor, printer, writer, and artist relationships - in addition to this she is authorized to issue copyright permission and royalties.
