The Graphic Designer

Ingrid Fuentes

Two years of being layout and design editor of a school newspaper and a student literary publication grounds Ingrid’s graphic design expertise. In 2003, she again takes on the book designer’s helm, this time for Kama Sutra: The Filipino Translation -- her third major book project.

The Ingrid Fuentes Design Trademark is based on five overarching design traits: uniqueness, simple and classic flows that promote reading ease, good taste, consistent packaging style, and artistic expression.

Ingrid is currently a customer service representative for Sykes Asia where she has won company awards for her interpersonal and communication skills. Ingrid is known to efficiently and tactfully handle client needs, a rarity given today’s automated and unfeeling responses from corporations and other service providers.

She also has completed an Executive Course on Marketing Strategy from the Asian Institute of Management.

A stint at Hocheng Group Corporation and at Brother International Philippines Inc. enabled Ingrid the opportunities to root her competencies in the fields of marketing and sales support, product promotion, and value-chain management.
